I receive an error message when logging in – what do I do?

Please check that you have entered the correct email address. Also pay attention to small differences such as @gmail.com vs. @googlemail.com. If the “Password” field is already filled in with black dots, please actively overwrite the field with your currently valid password. If you no longer have your password at hand, change your password by clicking on “Forgot password?”.

If you use the Digital Concert Hall via a browser, an outdated password may be stored in the history. In this case, please try deleting the browser history or open the Digital Concert Hall on a test basis with another browser and log in here.

If you have entered your email address and password correctly and you still receive an error message, it may be because your registration could not be completed. In this case, please register again here.
