I get an error message when redeeming a voucher – what do I do now?

There can be several reasons for an error message:

  • There has been a typing error. Please check that the voucher code has been entered correctly.
  • Voucher codes that grant a discount can only be redeemed via our website. Enter your code in the "Voucher code" field on this page.
  • You have already entered the voucher code once before. Vouchers can only be activated once. To watch a concert, please log in here with your email address and password.
  • The voucher code has a limited validity and can no longer be redeemed.
