I am already a customer of the Digital Concert Hall. What will happen to my subscription / ticket?

On first contact with the Digital Concert Hall via the institutional access, you can decide whether you want to use your existing account as before, or use the institution access.

If you decide on the institution access, your subscription will automatically be cancelled at the end of the month.

If you still have a valid ticket, our customer support will issue you a voucher for the remaining period of the ticket.

Please note that a disbursement of the amount is not possible.
