For smooth reception of the Digital Concert Hall, you need the latest version of your browser. The Digital Concert Hall can be accessed on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Edge. When using the Digital Concert Hall with a DSL Internet connection via a computer, at least the following system requirements must be met: Operating system Windows / Mac OS Processor Dual Core (2 GHz+) Memory 2 GB RAM Internet connection (e.g. DSL) from 10,000 kbit/s (recommended: 20,000 kbit/s or higher)

Why does the concert broadcast keep breaking off?

Interruptions in a concert broadcast can have many causes. As a rule, the internet connection is not sufficient at the time of the interruption. To avoid such problems, please make sure that no parallel processes are running on your network. If you use Wi-Fi, you can try connecting via a network cable instead.
