How can I order the Christmas special offer?

The Christmas special offer consists of a 12-month ticket and a limited DVD/Blu-ray edition. You can order it here . When ordering the Christmas special offer, you can choose between two options: 1. You would like to use the 12-month access yourself. When ordering, simply select the option that you would like to use the 12-month access yourself. When you complete your order for the Christmas offer, the 12-month ticket is immediately deposited in your user account and automatically activated. If you are already using a 7-day, 30-day or 12-month ticket at the time of ordering the Christmas special offer, the 12-month ticket from the Christmas special offer will only be automatically activated after the expiry of the ticket you have already paid for – so you will not lose a single day. If you have a subscription at the time of ordering the Christmas offer, it will automatically pause as soon as your 12-month ticket from the Christmas special is activated. After the 12-month period, your subscription will continue as normal. 2. You want to give someone a treat and give away the ticket. When ordering, simply select the option that you want to give the 12-month ticket to someone else. You will then receive a voucher as a PDF by email.

Can I take advantage of the Christmas special offer if I already have a subscription or a valid ticket?

You can still take advantage of our Christmas offer if you already have a valid ticket (7 days, 30 days, 12 months) to the Digital Concert Hall or a subscription. Is the DVD/Blu-ray edition also available commercially?

The DVD/Blu-ray edition is available exclusively as part of our Christmas special offer together with a 12-month ticket. It is not available separately or commercially.

Can I also take advantage of the offer as a teacher or student?

You can of course also order the Christmas special offer as a teacher or student. Please note, however, that this offer cannot be combined with a student or teacher discount.

When does the Christmas special offer end?

The Christmas special offer ends on 25 December 2022.

Has my Christmas order been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any information on the status of the shipment as standard shipping cannot be tracked. During the Corona pandemic, there may also be delays and disruptions in the shipment of goods. Please note that in any case shipping will take place at the end of November at the earliest and can sometimes take two weeks.
